You have the power to grant a staff member the access necessary to modify the physical products or services offered on EzTimeRental.

Product & company reviews

At EzTimeRental, grant or deny your staff members access to valuable product and company reviews left by customers.

Edit orders

You have the power to determine the level of access your staff members have to orders. You can choose whether they can edit any orders or simply view them. Take control and customize the access privileges to fit your business needs with ease.

View order list amount

This access controls the visibility of the running total amount for your business in EzTimeRental. We recommend assigning this privilege solely to the vendor account.

Edit order emails

You have the power to grant or deny staff members access to the email feature on booking invoices through EzTimeRental. With access, these staff members can send emails to customers on behalf of the vendor’s account. 

Edit order POS payments

You can determine whether a staff member has access to the POS feature on EzTimeRental. Granting access allows them to process credit cards, cash, check payments, and refunds for any booking order.
